Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Taply ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Taply is a bill-splitting application that allows users to divide shared expenses, send payment reminders, and earn rewards (TapPoints). The Service is currently in pre-launch waitlist phase.

User responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the platform

TapPoints

TapPoints are a loyalty reward system within Taply. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Taply reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the TapPoints programme at any time.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, and technology within Taply is the property of Taply GmbH. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Taply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin.
